Fifth, decide between pocket replacement and full-frame. Pocket replacements are faster and less invasive but require a sound existing frame. Original 1970s aluminum frames are almost always replaced full-frame because the frame itself is the thermal weak point. Wood frames in Old Town Euless homes may be salvageable for pocket installation if they are structurally sound.
Sixth, verify the warranty structure.
